What should i get a ten year old girl for birthday?

ok she is ten years old, and does not do much. she is like my little sister! and so far i have LIP SMACKER SKITTLES,A BAG OF 20 FLAVOR JELLY BELLYS, AND GIANT BUBBLE WAND. i think i might put it all in a small bag. i got her a card that says "happy fun great" on the outside. and on the inside it says "wishing you a bright and colorful birthday!" and i dont know what to right! what should i get her?????? what should i right????? and i am broke so like 15 bucks is my limit on gifts.
